How to exercise your ARCO rights?

To submit, register, and address requests to exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to your Personal Data, as well as to limit the use or disclosure of your data and other rights provided for in the Law, contact the department responsible for the processing of personal data by email at cperez@grouponeusa.com, where your request will be duly processed within a maximum period of 3 (three) business days. If you wish to have your personal data removed from all our databases, send an email to the indicated address with the subject “Unsubscribe.”

Changes to the Privacy Notice

Group One USA Insurance reserves the right to periodically update this Notice to reflect changes in our information practices. It is the responsibility of the Data Subject to periodically review the content of the Notice on the  grouponeusa.com website, where any changes made will be published together with the date of the last update.
